Once you’ve scheduled your free estimate, we will show up and walk around the areas you wish to be painted. if it is interior work, once booked, we will show up 15 minutes early to our scheduled appointment time, complete all work as agreed upon and then clean up before we leave, collecting the final payment. for Exterior work, we show u
Once you’ve scheduled your free estimate, we will show up and walk around the areas you wish to be painted. if it is interior work, once booked, we will show up 15 minutes early to our scheduled appointment time, complete all work as agreed upon and then clean up before we leave, collecting the final payment. for Exterior work, we show up 15 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment time, walk the property and then give your house a good soft wash! We use environmentally friendly solutions to rinse your home free of the years of caked on dirt and debris of the elements. Once the house has dried, we caulk any areas needing that extra coverage and fill all holes. Once caulked, we spray, brush, and roll the exterior surfaces to perfection. When we finish the job, we have you walk around the property and inspect our finished work. You will also have an additional 30 days to call and request touch-ups. We know accidents happen and we have your back!

Each home or job is different. Some walls and exterior textures require more paint and effort or skill to properly cover. Once we come out to give your estimate, we will be able to give an accurate opinion on price. Also, paint qualities differ as well. Though we strive to use the best products available, we understand that isn’t always in the budget. Again, pricing options will be discussed during the estimate
As there are unforeseen circumstances, we strive to be prepared no matter what. Most small homes, weather exterior or interior, take usually 2-3 days Depending on the depth of work. Most homes above 1800sqft take between 3-5 days. Again, depending on the depth of work.
We take our time with you when choosing the colors to best suite your property so that you can be 100% comfortable with the outcome. However, we understand that things can change. We pride ourselves on our adaptability, so, if you find that you want a color change after we have finished up, we will work with you on pricing to get it done. Obviously we can’t give the new colors to you for free but we will work with you on the labor to get it changed. but again, we do everything possible to ensure that the desired colors are chosen before the paint is ever put on the walls.
